Entrepreneurial Q & A: John McDonald

Restaurateur John McDonald knows how to fill a room. He’s recently opened the much-hyped and newly renovated Brasserie 44 in New York City’s Royalton hotel. And from what I hear, you’d better know someone if you want reservations at his restaurants—Lever House, Lure, Chinatown Brasserie, and MercBar.
