OK, so in the name of "getting in shape", my sisters and a few friends have decided to start our own challenge. Our challenge is called.....drum roll please - The Challenger!!!
This competition begins today, Monday May 17th and will run for 60 days, ending on Friday July, 16th. My blog will be the official record keeper of the the progress (which should be very interesting knowing my friends and sisters)... Here are the official rules:
1. All participants must submit to me their official weight and measurements (waist, arms, thighs, hips, bust) no later than Tuesday, May 18th. If you have already submitted your weight, then it is on record.
2. Everyone is required to submit daily to my email (no later than 12 midnight), a journal of your daily food consumption and your daily workout.
3. Everyone is also required to do a weekly weigh-in on Mondays. This is just for record keeping and motivation among everyone.
4. The winner will be selected every 30 days based on the highest percentage of weight loss. The next winning weigh-in will be on Wednesday, June 16, 2010.
5. The second winning weigh-in will be on the next 30-days, which is Friday, July 16, 2010.
6. The official record of this competition will be posted on my blog.....

PS. Who knows, maybe I'll be the challenger.... knowing my very competitive sisters and friends, this should be a riot!! My game face is on...and it has begun...See you all at the finish line....
This sounds like lots of fun...I did this with a friend of mine before and we really accomplished our goals... You go girls...Stay MOTIVATED..
