live life out loud…No Holds Barred..words of wisdom wednesday

While talking to one of my best friends, who happens to be single in the city, we talked about the dating scene. After we were done talking, I had to ask this question: is everyone you meet, part of the kaleidoscope of life?

I believe that every experience you encounter has an effect on how you think and act. I also personally think that each experience gives you an opportunity to grow and evolve as a person and a big part of this is our ability to embrace life. If we want to attract and keep loving relationships, we have to be willing to live life and learn. Like my experience with my neighbor, while part comical and part disappointing, made me realize that experiences should not steal our joys; we can’t give up on our friends because they haven’t called us in weeks, nor can we give up on love because we have a broken heart and we certainly can't give up on life because we experience disappointments.

Here are some of the ways I embrace life and love while also living out loud all at the same time:
1. Start by loving an accepting all of me for who I am - while not easy, it certainly helps.
2. Enjoy me time, to relax, relate and release
3. Do something you love to do; something that is fun and inspiring
4. Practice an attitude of gratitude and take time to be thankful
5. Remove the toxins from your life
6. Surround yourself with positive, encouraging people
7. Know that we are each destined to do great things, in our own time at our OWN pace
8. Say you’re sorry and mean it, sometimes it doesn’t really matter the reason why or who
9. Look for the good not the bad! Accept, forgive and forget – don’t hold on to baggage!

And I leave you with one of my favorite quotes:
There are many wonderful things in life that will never be done if you do not do them.
